What can we offer?
Our job is to temporarily assist those going through a medical emergency in Eastern North Carolina, as our funds allow. H.O.P.E. Hotline provides help through the use of precious volunteer resources, donations and fundraisers. Some of the services available are:
• Gas Cards
• Utilities
• Meals
• Housecleaning
• Handyman
• Repairs
• Clothes
• Cell phones for medical trips
• Hotels
• Baby/Adult/Pet sitting
• House payments/Rent
• Items not covered by insurance
H.O.P.E. Hotline assists on a temporary basis. Our services are intended to be used for 12 months or less. This enables people to either (1) get well or (2) be eligible to apply for disability. We try to cover the things that are needed, and often become a burden, during a medical crisis. All services are based on the availability of funds and volunteers.
Just because you became sick or injured, life doesn't stop. Bills still need to be paid, clothes for the kids still need to be purchased, only now all these are a major burden due to the medical expenses and loss in wages. While H.O.P.E. Hotline does not help with the medical side, assist may be available in areas that allow you to focus your money on the medical side.

At H.O.P.E. Hotline, we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. We work efficiently to provide a fast response in getting clients approved and enrolled in our services. The goal is to get our clients relief as soon as possible.
